Recruitment procedures and methods

 

一 (1) Registration and preliminary qualification

(Two) examination

The exam is conducted in the form of a combination of live performance and professional knowledge quiz. The total score is 100 points. Live performance and professional knowledge quiz are counted as 70% and 30% of the total score, respectively.

 

The live performance mainly tests the basic skills, program display, stage performance ability, etc .; the professional knowledge question and answer mainly tests the major and related theories.

(3) Medical examination and investigation

 

After the exam, calculate the total score according to the determined method. The total score is determined from high to low according to the 1: 1 ratio of recruits. The physical examination and inspection objects are determined.

(4) Publicity and employment
